The Honorary Secretary would urge all members, especially those in the South of England, to be wary of the activities of a person passing himself off as an Old Worcester and requesting the loan of money. He uses the identity of a member living in the North of England and has detailed information about that member, however since the Honarary Secretary has never met the member concerned he is unable to definitely identify the suspect and member as being one and the same person. He also uses the name and address of the Honorary Secretary by way of introduction to other members of the public. Members are advised not to lend this person money and, if approached would they please advise the
Honorary Secretary.
As far as the Association is aware the member living in the North does not have a full Members Address List.
An invitation to join OW Ian Berry for Golf at Sidmouth
OW Ian Berry has very kindly organised a golf day for an informal round of 18 holes at Sidmouth Golf Club on Sunday 17th August. Meet in the club house for Coffee at 1030, Tee off starting at 11a.m. with lunch or bar snacks for about 3.30 to 4 p.m.
The format will be decided on the day.

I realise that a lot of OWs do not live near Sidmouth but you may be on a day out or on Holiday and would like a round of golf. If you are interested then please conatct OW Ian Berry on ianberry1140@btinternet.com
